| Course Objectives | To teach the basic of the main areas of public international law. To obtain knowledge of the resources of international law and use it in an effective manner. To be able to combine practice and theory with the method to consolidate the knowledge through research studies, discussion and practical works. |

| Course Description | Concept of public international law, sources of public international law, rules of public international law, connecting rules of international procedural law, related fields (with differences), constructive elements of legal order of international law, mutual influence in the reports of subjects of international law in the recent events. - Despite the fact that the general public international law is the main content of the course, all the other branches of public international law, each of which are comprehensive to be a separate course, are also briefly included in this course-. Course sections related to procedural law will be covered in the relevant section (resolution mechanisms, international judicial bodies, etc.). Similarly, international organizations and agencies will be considered in the light of recent developments (UN-conflict rules, rules such as armed intervention) |
